What file types do you accept?
We accept 3DM (Rhino and Matrix), STL, OBJ, and STEP files. If you only have a hand sketch or a photo, we can build the CAD model first for an added fee.
How long does one render take?
A single file with its full image and video set ships in 24 to 48 hours. Bulk orders are scheduled on a shared timeline that we agree on before we start.
Can you match my brand's photography style?
Yes. Send us two or three photos from your current catalog. We match the lighting, shadows, and background, so renders sit next to photos without a visible difference.
Do I get the source files?
You get final images and videos in every format we list. Render scene files stay with us, but your CAD files and approvals are always yours, and we return them on request.
