What we collect

• Contact details you send us: name, email, phone number.
• Files you send for quotes and projects: CAD files, sketches, photos.
• Basic site analytics: pages visited and referral source, without personal identification.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and deliver the work you order.
• To improve the site and our services.
• We never sell your data. We never share your design files with anyone outside the project team.

Your design files

Files you send are stored on secured drives, accessed only by artists assigned to your project, and deleted on request. We sign NDAs before opening files when you ask, and often when you do not.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for analytics. No advertising trackers.
