These are the terms, not the sales pitch. They do not change with the size of the invoice.

Turnaround
24 – 48 h
Standard for a single piece. Catalog batches run on a weekly schedule agreed before we start.
Revisions
2 rounds
You approve a preview before we produce final files, so most orders never use the second round.
Formats
JPG / PNG / TIFF
3000 x 3000 px or larger, PNG with transparency, layered TIFF. Videos as MP4 and WebM.
Angles
Up to 6
Top, side, angle, and upright as standard. White, gradient, or custom scene backgrounds.
Confidentiality
NDA first
We sign your NDA, or send ours, before a single file changes hands. No portfolio use without your yes.
The quote
Before, not after
If a job falls outside this table, you get a firm number before we open the file. The quote you approve is the invoice you get.
Payment
On approval
Under $500 you pay on delivery approval. Larger projects split 50 percent up front, 50 percent on delivery. Cards, PayPal, wire.
Sample render
Free, once
One piece, standard angles, full quality, no payment details asked. The fastest way to judge us.
Good to know

What moves the number.

  1. 01 +20 – 40% Stone count A three-stone ring renders faster than a 240-stone pave cuff. Every seat, prong, and stone is real geometry, and heavy pave adds 20 to 40 percent.
  2. 02 Per scene Scene complexity Clean white backgrounds are standard and cost nothing extra. Styled scenes with props and reflections are billed per scene, so ten pieces sharing one set-up split one scene fee.
  3. 03 Quoted File condition Clean CAD renders at the table price. Faceted STL exports, open surfaces, and stray geometry get quoted before we start, never after.
  4. 04 −30% Volume Twenty pieces or more moves you to catalog rates, about 30 percent below single-piece pricing, on a locked style you approve first.
  5. 05 $8 Variants A metal color or a stone swap is not a new render. Once the model is set up, each extra colorway comes off the same file for $8.
Volume

Twenty pieces changes the price.

Catalog rates start at 20 pieces: about 30 percent below single-piece pricing, at $18 per piece. The saving is not a discount we hand out. It comes from the scene. We build one master set-up, you approve it, and every SKU after that drops into a camera and a light rig that are already paid for.

  • A locked style template, approved before the batch starts
  • The identical angle set on every SKU, so the catalog reads as one shoot
  • Your SKU codes in every file name
  • Weekly delivery batches with a shared tracker: rendered, in review, approved

The largest single catalog we have delivered was 4,800 SKUs over eleven weeks.

Single piece $25/render 20 pieces or more $18/piece Retouching and background removal carry volume rates too, quoted from your weekly image count.
Add-ons

What costs extra, and why it costs extra.

Nothing here appears on an invoice you have not already approved. If a job needs one of these, you hear the number before we open the file.

Extra metal color
$8
The model is already built and lit. Yellow, white, and rose off one file is a material swap and a re-render, not a new job.
Photoreal hero tier
$45
Lighting is tuned by hand for that one piece instead of run through the standard scene, and output goes to print size.
CAD modeling first
$60
You only pay this if there is no usable CAD. Send a sketch or a photo and we model the piece, then render it.
360 turntable added to a render order
≈40% off $60
The scene is already built for the stills, so the spin costs about 40 percent less than ordering it on its own.
Heavy pave
+20 to 40%
A three-stone ring is not a 240-stone cuff. Every stone is real geometry, so render time climbs with the stone count.
Styled scene with props
Quoted per scene
Props, surfaces, and reflections are built once and reused across the pieces that share the scene, so it is priced per scene, not per piece.
File repair
Quoted before we start
Clean CAD renders at the table price. If a file needs more than about 30 minutes of surface repair, we quote the fix and wait for your yes.
Rush delivery
Quoted with the job
Rush means we push your files ahead of the queue. We tell you the fee and the delivery hour before you commit, never on the invoice afterwards.

Rush work is the one line we cannot publish a number for, because it depends on what we move aside to make room. Ask for it in your first message and the fee comes back with the quote. See how the queue and the timeline actually work →

Pricing questions

Straight answers about cost.

Why do you publish prices when competitors hide them?

Because hidden pricing wastes your time and ours. You should know if we fit your budget before the first email. The prices here are the prices you pay.

What counts as one piece?

One design. A matched pair of earrings is one design, not two. A ring shown in three metals is one render at $25 plus two metal colors at $8 each.

When do I get catalog pricing?

From 20 pieces. Catalog rates start at $18 per piece, about 30 percent below single-piece pricing, and every SKU follows a style template you approve before the batch starts.

Do I pay a modeling fee if I already have CAD?

No. If your 3DM, STL, OBJ, or STEP file is usable, you pay the render fee only. CAD modeling at $60 is for pieces that do not exist as a file yet.

Is the sample render really free?

Yes. One piece, standard angles, full quality, no payment details asked. It is the fastest way for both of us to know if we fit.

How does payment work?

Orders under $500 are paid on delivery approval. Larger projects split 50 percent to start and 50 percent on delivery. We accept cards, PayPal, and wire.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The quote you approve is the invoice you get. If scope changes mid-project, we requote first and you approve before we continue. All prices are in US dollars.

What if I am not happy with a render?

Two revision rounds are included. If we still miss after that, you do not pay for that piece. That policy has cost us money twice in nine years.
