What happens next

After you press send

Four steps between sending a file and downloading finals.

  1. 01Same day

    We confirm the file opened

A human opens your file, checks it is not a faceted export or a broken mesh, and replies to say so. If something is wrong we tell you before you have paid anything.

  2. 02Within 1 business day

Quote, or your free sample render

You get a fixed price and a delivery date. Send one CAD file and we render that piece free, attached to the same reply.

  3. 0324 – 48 h after approval

    Preview before final output

You see the render at preview resolution and mark it up. Two revision rounds are included, and most orders pass on the first look.

  4. 04On approval

    Final files, named your way

JPG, PNG with transparency, and layered TIFF at 3000 x 3000 px or larger. Videos as MP4 and WebM. Your SKU codes in the file names.

Before you send

What to put in the first message

Six lines is a complete brief. Send these and the quote comes back priced, not hedged. Miss them and the first reply is a list of questions instead.

01The geometry
3DM / STL / OBJ / STEP
A CAD file is the fastest route. 3DM from Rhino or Matrix is ideal. STL and OBJ are fine, and we smooth and rebuild faceted surfaces during cleanup.
02No CAD yet
Sketch or photo
A pencil sketch, a phone photo, or a reference piece you have rights to. We model it first, quoted before we start, and you approve the model before we render.
03The metal
Karat and colour
14k or 18k, yellow, white, or rose. Say which finish: high polish, matte, hammered, rhodium plated. One model renders in every metal you sell.
04The stones
Stone chart
Sizes, cuts, counts, and grades. "G colour VS2" is enough. Without a stone chart we guess, and a guessed stone is the fastest way to a render your factory cannot cast.
05The destination
Where it goes
Shopify listing, Amazon white background, a print catalog, a buyer meeting, a paid ad. The end use decides the crop, the lighting, and the file size.
06The deadline
Date, not "ASAP"
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours per file. If a launch or a trade show fixes the date, say the date and we will tell you honestly if it is possible.

Questions

Asked before every first file

Is the sample render really free?

Yes. Send one CAD file and we render that piece and send it back with your quote. No payment, no commitment, and no obligation to order afterwards.

Do you sign an NDA before opening my file?

Yes, before we open a single file. Send us your NDA and we sign it, or ask and we will send ours. NDA terms are standard practice here, not an add-on.

How fast will I hear back?

We confirm your file the same day and send a quote, or the free sample render, within one business day. Attach the file to the form or email it to us directly.

My file is bigger than 50 MB. How do I send it?

Drop a Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link in the notes box instead of attaching the file. Large catalog batches are always sent this way, folder structure and all.

What if I do not know which service I need?

Leave the service field on "Not sure yet" and describe what you are trying to sell. Tell us the piece, the metals, and where the images are going, and we will confirm your file is ready to render and send your quote.

Do I get a price before any work starts?

Always. Every quote is a fixed price against a fixed scope, and the rate card it comes from is published on the pricing page. No sales call is required to learn what a render costs.
