Buyers cannot order what they cannot see
Your factory holds years of designs as CAD files and grey printouts. Buyers flip past grey CAD screenshots. Making samples of the whole archive would cost a fortune in metal.
Render the archive, win the meeting
We convert CAD archives into consistent photoreal catalogs at volume pricing. Walk into the trade show with 500 finished-looking pieces on the iPad instead of 40 samples in a case.

Jewelry Catalog Rendering

Jewelry CAD Modeling
Castable, printable, production-checked CAD, built by jewelers who model. 3DM source file plus STL for printing From $60 per model
We rendered 800 designs from our archive before the Hong Kong show. Buyers placed orders on 60 designs that had never been cast.
What you are probably about to ask.
Our archive is a mess. Faceted STLs, files from three CAD systems.
That is the normal starting point. File cleanup for common export problems is included in the render fee. If a file needs more than about thirty minutes of repair, we quote the fix before we touch it, so nothing surprises you on the invoice.
Will 500 renders actually look like one shoot?
We lock a master scene first: camera, lighting, and background. You approve that style template before the batch starts, and every SKU after that is dropped into the same scene. Your SKU codes go into the file names.
We need this before the show.
Bulk work runs on weekly delivery batches against a shared tracker showing rendered, in review, and approved for every SKU. The largest single catalog we have delivered was 4,800 SKUs over eleven weeks. Tell us the show date and we schedule backwards from it.
Buyers want to hold the piece.
They still can, for the designs they order. The point is that a buyer can only order from what they can see. Renders put the whole archive on the table, and you cast the designs that get written up.
How big does an order need to be for catalog pricing?
Catalog pricing starts at 20 pieces. The largest single catalog we have delivered was 4,800 SKUs over eleven weeks.
My STL files look faceted. Can you fix that?
Yes. Faceted exports are the most common issue we see. We smooth and rebuild surfaces during cleanup, and the render shows polished metal, not polygons.
What do you need to start a CAD model?
A sketch, a photo, or a reference piece plus target stone sizes and metal. Rough sketches are fine. We confirm proportions with you before detailing.
Send one file from the archive.
We render it free, so you can see what your CAD library looks like as a buyer-ready catalog page before you commit to a batch.
