The problem

Photoshoots do not scale with your catalog

Each new SKU means shipping pieces to a studio, waiting weeks, and paying per shot. Metal variants multiply the problem: one ring in three golds is three shoots.

The fix

One CAD file becomes every variant image

From one file we render every metal color, every stone option, and a 360 spin, sized for Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy. New SKUs go live in days, not weeks.

We moved our whole store to renders. Product pages with 360 spins hold shoppers about twice as long, and our returns dropped because sizes are clearer.

Straight answers

What you are probably about to ask.

01

Will marketplaces accept rendered images?

Yes, and we prep them to pass on the first upload: pure white 255 background, the piece filling about 85 percent of the frame, and the minimum sizes each marketplace asks for. Transparent PNG and layered TIFF ship with every order.

02

We sell one ring in three golds. Is that three orders?

No. The model is set up once. Each extra metal color is $8, not another shoot, so white, yellow, and rose come off the same file on the same day.

03

Do the 360 videos autoplay on our product pages?

They are delivered muted and loop-ready as MP4 and WebM, which meets the autoplay rules on Shopify, Amazon, and most marketplaces. We can also export the full frame sequence for a drag-to-rotate viewer.

04

Our returns come from people misjudging size.

Scale views are the cheapest fix for that. We render on-finger, on-ear, on-wrist, and on-neck shots from a neutral 3D model, plus size variants side by side, so nobody is guessing from a floating close-up.

Questions

On the work itself.

What file types do you accept?

We accept 3DM (Rhino and Matrix), STL, OBJ, and STEP files. If you only have a hand sketch or a photo, we can build the CAD model first for an added fee.

Will the loop autoplay on Shopify?

Yes. We deliver muted, loop-ready MP4 and WebM files that meet autoplay rules on Shopify, Amazon, and most marketplaces.

Why not just use an AI background remover?

Auto tools fail on jewelry. Thin prongs, chain links, and stone-to-metal edges come back chewed. We cut paths by hand, and it shows at zoom.
