Render Resolution & Print Size Calculator
Enter a print size or pick a channel preset and get the exact pixel dimensions to order, with the master size that covers every use.
Runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, free to use, no sign-up.
Your output
300 for print. For web, the pixel size below is what matters.
Render this size
Order the master size once. It is the larger of your target and a 3000 px floor, so a single render covers your product page, your ads, and this print without a second order.
Pixel count sets the ceiling on print quality, not the floor. A file at the right resolution still needs a detailed source render to print well.
Order the render size you need
Every order ships at 3000 px and up, ready to zoom and ready to print.
This calculator converts print dimensions, DPI, and aspect ratio into the exact pixel size a render needs. Type a width and height in inches or centimetres, choose a DPI, and it returns the pixels, the megapixels, and an aspect-ratio warning.
Order the master size once and everything else crops down from it. The tool recommends that master size so a single render covers your product page, your ads, and print.
The method, in plain sight
No black box. Here is exactly what the tool does with your answers.
Pick a use case or type a size
Presets cover web thumbnails, product pages, marketplace listings, and common print sizes. Or enter any width and height with a unit and DPI.
The math is standard DPI conversion
Pixels equal physical size times DPI. For a 10 by 10 cm print at 300 DPI that is 1181 by 1181 px. The tool shows the working so you can check it.
It flags aspect-ratio mismatches
If your target ratio does not match your input, the tool warns you before you order a size that will crop badly.

What resolution should I order for a product page?
For a zoomable product image, 3000 by 3000 px is a safe master. Every order we ship is at least that size, which covers Shopify, Amazon, and most print up to A5 at 300 DPI.
What DPI do I need for print?
Print is normally 300 DPI. Screens do not use DPI the same way, so for web you size in pixels directly. The calculator handles both and tells you which one applies.
Can one render cover web and print?
Yes, if you order the print size, which is almost always larger. The tool recommends the bigger of your two targets as the master, then you scale down for web with no quality loss.
